Broken cast iron roaster pot

I ordered cast iron pots at the end of October 2013 and were delivered the following week (I was amazed at the speedy delivery, now that I think of it you just wanted to get rid of the pots that were a failure from your factory). When I got the pots I realised that the roaster was broken and the packaging of it was pathetically below standard. I therefore returned the roaster (not the whole set) and contacted you afterwards to get confirmation of whether or not you had received the pot. A lady at your contact centre confirmed that she was not sure if you had received the pots and later after speaking to her I got an sms that you received my complaint and you were working on replacing my pot. November passed, December passed and January is about to pass without the pot being replaced. I would like an indication of whether you have received the damaged roaster. The parcel number is PA 373 605 575. I don't understand why you are treating your clients in this manner, I have cancelled all orders with you and will not be buying from Homechoice ever in my life. Any company that deals somehow with Homechoice is also in my bad books. I think your ship is sinking.
