Senior game store manager has no respect

Your game manager at the midrand boulders store is exceptionally rude, impolite and abrupt. His name is Victor and i think his surname is Mavuso. I was quite shocked at his inability to deal with my simple query and appalled by the manner in which i was treated. I cannot believe that a brand household name like Game, would ever employ a person of such low calibre. I wish there is store footage with sound. This manager even had the audacity to tell me i should go buy the product from the store i saw it cheaper at. Pathetic customer service. I thought it was policy to match competing prices. Cannot believe the atrocious behaviour i was subjected to.
