He then told me to go and get Samsung tel no. from the Samsung store. What a fool, I can google it as well. Just asked as they sell their products.

He the asked me to go to my car and bring the paper why is 20 minutes away.

I left, as Israel is known for giving customers 3rd world poor service. He then ignored me and I left without returning.
