Aaron has got an extreme rude mentality

I applied at your Telkom branch in Centurion mall for an simple uncapped adsl. Two weeks later i followed up with Aaron and he advised me that Telkom is still busy with the query, and that i should not worry as telkom want my money, i must just be patient. The next day i went to store again as what Aaron told me sounded too much like trying to get me out of the store, which was correct. The next day i spoke to Annaat from that same store and had to hear that the case was Closed due to no ports available in my area. I was livid as no one even contacted me. But i remained calm and requested Annaat to please open the case, she did so and two days later they installed my telephone line. Monday 16/09/2013 i spoke to Annaat and she said she will assist me with the migration. Now when i was at your branch they told me that the order was only processed yesterday for migration but i requested it monday. The lady called Aaron and he treated me like an. I told him straight i am not an but obviously he does not understand my query. He gotso rude and said that he is not going to get anywhere, turned around and walked away.
