Sasmung 52" monitor not yet delivered

To whom it may concern

I have a account with beares and i bought a flat screen tv from them and they didn't have in stock the consultant said that they will order a new screen for me as they will give me a loan unit for the time being.
its now being 6 months and i haven't received my new screen as promised. i phoned and visited them couple of times and they always says " Sir don't worry we will get you the new screen" i'm getting fed up with all the excuses.

This is a reason why i post it here because i don't get any satisfaction with them
You guys can tel them if my screen is not in my house by end of the month on the 25th i will not pay any payments further as i WILL stop the debit orders going through and they wont get a cent.

i hope to get this matter resolved
