Enquiry clerk needs attitude adjustment

Business & Finance

Me and my wife went into the branch on Saturday morning, waited in the queue. After a couple of minutes we reached the front ready be served by a lady - only got her surname as "Olifant". I requested a transaction, and like I always have done at various branches, I turned the screen to see the relevant information. Never been a problem!!! until Saturday morning. All of a sudden the screen was turned away from me, and I requested to see the information on the screen, from where I've received an attitude stating "what if you brake the screen". The screen wasn't forcefull handled or anything (feel free to look at the cameras). So I asked her why can't I look at my information? where she said the screen is ment for her.

If you don't want the client to see it's OWN information, please bring in a sign that states CLEARLY not to touch the screen, because the person in front of you doesn'y like it...
