Parts swoped and fault notebook returned

I purchased myself a asus zenbook, it cost me 25k, it dropped and the hinge was loose on the screen, i sent it in for repairs after a month and a half waiting, i get it back, the touch screen has been removed and swopped with a standard screen. the fan is spinning non stop.

I want a technician to come to my office and fix this.i am going on paternity leave on wednesday and i need this resolved by then. no excuses

if you do not contact me, i will start going very public with this and laying a charge of against your company.
