I bOUGHT GROCERIES ON 16 SEPT 2013 AT WONDERPARK-I HAD BEEN OVERCHARGED WITH 2 ITEMS-WEBER BRIQUETTES 4KG, BARCODE ON SHELVE IS R29, 99 and price on slip r39, 999 (33, 35 overcharged) and colgate mouthwash was on shelve r39, 9i9 and on slip r44, 99.THE HOD OF FOOD SECTION ACCOMPONIED BY 2 OTHER EMPLOYEES OF PICK N PAY, INFORMED ME THAT THE SCAN RIGHT POLICY DOES NOT APPLIED IN THEIR SHOP AND THAT I WILL NOT SEE ANY NOTICE OF THE SCAN RIGHT POLICY IN THEIR SHOP!! I FEEL OUTNUMBERED (THREE AGAINST ONE) AND ALSO VICTIMISED AGAINST ME AS A WHITE WOMAN AGAINST THREE BLACK PEOPLE AND HAD NO CHOICE TO ACCEPT THIS AND LEFT WITH ONLY REFUNDED WITH THE PRICE DIFFERENCE AND NOT THE DUBBLE MONEY BACK-THE 2 BARCODES ON THE SHELVES WERE IN FACT THE SAME BARCODES AS ON THE PRODUCTS THAT I BROUGHT.I AM ON VACATION FOR A FEW DAYS IN PRETORIA AND IN MY SMALL HOMETOWN THE SCAN RIGHT POLICY AT PICK N PAY SHOPS (3) AT BETHLEHEM DO APPLY! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE SHOPS IN PRETORIA!!! I WILL BE GOING HOME WITH IN A FEW DAYS AND WANT THIS PROBLEM TO BE SORTED OUT BEFORE I GO HOME!!!
