Nocked over my Bike still waiting for payment

I work in tungsten industrial park right next to the edgars warehouse. One of the edgars trucks that supplys the cresta branch bumped over my scooter which was parked in the parking lot. It was only a week old and i had not got insurance for it yet. Its a Brand new 2013 scooter. so this makes me very angry. This happened a month ago and im still waiting for payment, every time i contact them or speak to the driver its a new excuse. Please i need to get this sorted as soon as possible as the bike shop that is dealing with the repairs is starting to charge storage fees.
