How can I trust Dion Wired again?

I walked into Dion Wired with the intention of purchasing a few items.

The LG soundbar that I had seen advertised for R3900 was marked at R4500. The salesperson insisted I was wrong, until I pointed out that this item was advertised in the sale booklet they were handing out at the front of the shop. STRIKE ONE

The second item I wanted was an iPod 16GB. The first salesperson said that they only had 32GB in stock. The second salesperson found a 16GB 'in the back'. He also helped me find a case. Then he hustled me to the cashier instead of asking if I wanted anything else. I soon found out why when I saw that the iPod was an old model (luckily I invesitgated before paying!), discontinued for some time. I was never told about this. STRIKE TWO

When I spoke to the manager to register my concern I was asked if I actually asked for the new model (which i did, but this is irrelevant - I don't expect to be sold discontinued equipment without being told), and was offered nothing other than a feeble apology when I register my concern at the way this was dealt with - STRIKE THREE

Buyers beware - you expect honesty integrity at Dion Wired. In my experience you don't get it.
