I've been shopping at this branch for few months now and spoke to many or all of management when problems surfaced. I don't feel management takes their customers suggestions and complaints seriously as they do in Jhb, number of times I've complained that in the deli section the samoosa's do not have descriptions on them and many times I've been given the wrong ingredient. I even advised them what to do but it just falls on deaf ears. Vitality stickers are placed everywhere but when you go to the till it does not show vitality.

There is always a problem with advertised specials, and you always get charged more. Theres too many examples of this. From the attitude of management it seems to be an obvious "mistake" to trick customers. Trying to get a refund is a extremely long process and not worth the effort so they keep us. Even the bottle store sells expired drinks and when you phone theres no apology but more a blaming game... My advice is re-train management, get the manager who fixed Cedar square branch to re-set the shelves and teach them everything... If you serious about making a change then one person can give me a call, preferably someone with common sense.
