Face Tinted moisturiser with NO tint

Item purchased on 04/06/2013. 1st time opened on 13/09/2013. Found that product is inferior to previously bought of the same. Tinting is non-existent. Reason for use is to use as a TINTED foundation. The TINT is for a specific reason and that is to hide imperfections on the skin. The product does not have an expiry date and was not used. The 1st application proved a waste of time. We took it back to exchange or refund as it cost R120 for 30ml. Not a cheap product!
Thande Ngomane of the Woolworths management team help us. She refused either an exchange and or refund and bluntly referred to the 60day exchange policy. How can they refer to that if the product was only opened yesterday? Do they actually have less trust in their own labelled products as what we had?

This is unacceptable service! Product carries the WW label!
