I would like to applaud Busi for handling my query the way she did cause it might have turned out bad on the 11th of this month I sent my Husband to Woolies at Jabulani Mall to exchange some items and he was assisted by Karabo and 1Kiddies shoe was left in the Store by mistake from my Husband view Karabo made an honest mistake cause he had to wait for someone to put the codes for him and that person had other queries he/she was dealing with on the phone Karabo had to atleast push the queue whilst waiting for the codes to put on the phone cause we were exchanging many items, when my husband got home I realised the error I then immediately called the store I was put through to cashiers department then my call got cut off due to airtime I recharged and called again then Busi asked the reason for my call I explained to her then she suggested that she will call me back she took my details within ten minutes she called me back and confirmed that the shoe was there I also spoke to karabo just for confirmation as well. So the moral of this story is that I saw team work in all of this and the importance of handling a query in a proactive way and thanks to the security guy as well.
