I'm a regular customer buying here for more than 10 years and it is the first time that I have a problem with this. I bought the haircolour about 2 months ago, and I didn't double check the colour, so I bought Dark Brown instead of Black. I wanted to exchange it for the Black but I didn't have my receipt, I wanted exactly the same product just in Black. The lady at the checkout point said no problem and I went to get the Black. In the meantime the manager came to the checkout point as she was still in training. He refused that I exchange the product, because I didn't have my receipt for proof. I told him that it is the same product and it has not been opened at all, he could have checked, but he didn't, I also told him that he can even check the expiry date. Surely they could have helped me with this, but no it didn't even matter what I tried to explain he just kept on telling me that I didn't have a receipt. So I told him that I'm going to complain about it and he said go ahead. Around February I bought this same product in Blonde, but asked them about 2 weeks later if I could exchange it for a darker Blonde and I did this without the receipt, no hassles! So...
