Omo Rewards - What a load of rubbish

Earlier in the year I fell for a promo with a reward of a free 'mani' or 'pedi', my father now gave 2 vouchers to me to redeem and I thought I would try it again and see if things had changed. I did not receive a call within 48hrs as mentioned various times on the label and via sms etc. I had to try and phone and I left a voicemail. I now just finally had a call from the call centre to redeem and once again they say it is a 'buff and paint'?! PLEASE CHANGE YOUR LABELLING!!! A manicure and pedicure does not only consist of a buff and paint and on face value your label is seriously misleading and false advertising and this will be reported. Enough is enough. You coax people in with this and it is not fair. To top it off, I could not even go to my local branch, this has now been changed as well. Really disgusted.
