False advertising

I bought an OMO product on Sept 2nd that had a label saying " Guaranteed Gift FREE Movie tcicket OR Meal voucher OR Mani/Pedi with purchase".
To redeem the reward i had to dial a number given by them and answer a few questions and i would be contacted by OMO within 48 hrs. This has not happened and i feel that this is false advertising and the public
are being taken for a ride thus increasing OMO's sales.
I guess i won't be buying OMO again.
