Verimark
Unacceptable

On 29 August 2013 we purchased a Floorwizz Butterfly mop from Verimark Mountain Mill. On 12 September the sponge came loose and we took it back to the store on 12 September 2013. The person at Verimark Mountain Mill told us that the sponge came off because we used chemicals and that we must to buy a new sponge. The area where the mop is used is in a hand washing area in a food producing factory, thus no chemicals can be used. Firstly I feel that the persons attitude sucked; what happened to keeping the customer happy and the customer is always right? Secondly there is a 15 day money back gaurantee. So I want the money back. The product has not lived up to my expectations.
