"Rewards" not honoured

Purchased 3 x Omo Liquid Laundry Detergents with the "Guaranteed Free Gift" stickers. Sent the 3 sms's off with the codes printed on the stickers, answered the questions and the message was someone would call me to set up receiving the "reward". That was in October. Finally called the 0860 number helpline on the sticker and had 1 Manicure appointment set up, apparently you can only book 1 at a time. Went to that appointment.

Then in December called again to book 2nd appointment which was supposedly set up at Nail Factor at Gateway for today, was given a time of 12:00. Called earlier to double check the app as I haven't received the promised SMS with a booking reference and according to Nail Factor there is no app, and this happens all the time - people arrive for their "bookings" and it doesn't exist.

And to top it off when I called in December I was told the rewards expired at the end of December, so not enough time to claim the 3rd reward. There was no expiry date on the stickers claiming "guaranteed free gift" so how can they set a cut off date, when they don't bother to call and set up receiving the rewards? Makes it impossible to redeem.

False promises and poor service
