Need a spring clean or maybe a new floor manager??

My family, friends and work colleagues frequent Mr Price stores all over the country and have never seen any of these shops in the same state as the branch in Centurion mall. There are always clothes lying on the floor. Always piles of clothing and other goods on the checkout counters. After a garment has spent many hours on the floor and been stepped on... are the customers expected to purchase it? There are many staff at this branch so it isn't a question of not having enough staff to keep it neat and tidy. Maybe you need a new floor manager (with fresh eyes) to see what the current one is not?
