Poor Service

I ordered wedding bands from JRC. Firstly as a client I had to follow up over and over again, no returned calls or emails. They had the original wedding band for three weeks to design the rings and still made it incorrectly. After 3 weeks of trying to get a quote to fix them and the certificates for insurance, they quoted me R2500.00 more than the original price, While on honeymoon one of the bands broke. I am only writing this report due to the fact they still have not replied to my query on the extra cost of the wedding band.

This service is shocking.
