Shocking service and treatment due to protocol

I have had an account with American Swiss for over 20 years. My account balance has been in credit of R435.00 for the last 6x months. I have sent them numerous emails to close my account and refund my bank account. I was told that I need to show proof of payment before they will refund me. I could not draw a bank statement older than 6xmonths so I did a payment (eft) as always of R20 to add to my current credit balance. American Swiss have now again told me that that payment is not sufficient evidence to pay out my credit and close my accout!
