Bad Product

Good day

I would appreciate it if anybody can help me with this 'Bad Product'? I can not find anyone on the website!!!

We bought the Laminate machine, Logik, Model: LA46... one and a half years ago. We are a small company, here is only 3 staff. We do not use the machine often. Last year, I think we used it four times... the paper just disappear at the back. We took it back to Game, they were so understanding and gave us a new one, exactly the same make.

We again didn't used it every week, day or sometimes for months... so on Monday, the 2nd September, we used it, and guess what??? The paper disappear. What a piece of crab!!!

What must we do? Throw it away, still a brand new one???
If a product is on special form Logik... It say..."Don't buy... it won't last long"???

I am not happy about this, cause we made sure the same won't happened to this one!!!
