To whom it may concern,

I recieved an sms from game saying im in arrears. I have proof of payment that it was paid on the beginning of the month. I have emaild it. I have never been in arrears in my life. Please get this sorted out. I also know you are not going to get back to me as I have tried getting hold of you but seriously you guys do not want to work. This is the last resort.
