I wrote a report sometime last week about an sms I received stating that my Game was in arrears, which I made a payment on the 26th July, I emailed my proof of payment to contactus@rcs and to charles from rcs. then after writing the report I quickly recived an email from Vulney assuring me that the payment will be alocated and reversed intered accrued on the arrear amount as I had sent the proof of payment, now today, at 10:31nI received a call from Nicole (rcs) wanting to know why I haven't paid the account in July and I told her Vulney said she will have the payment allocated, so why am I still getting calls about a payment that was not received Vulney?
