Removal of my name from ITC

I was owing Game and they handed my account over to their attorneys
I them made arrangements with them and payed off their account. I then sent proof of payment and sent it as they requested and they concluded everything and sent it to RCS
I then contacted RCS for a paid up letter they told me even thou the settlement is showing on their system I must ask their attorney for it. The attorney sent me back to RCS and finaly they were able to send it to me via email no hard copy. I then asked them to please remove my name from the credit bureau they said it will take atmost 3 to 4weeks and this was back in October 2012.Today its the 16th January 2013 I went to try and buy a Bike and was declined becouse of RCS has me listed on ITC now after soo long after the settlement nothing has been done this is beyond bad customer service as my life is now on hold for something that could have been done a long time ago!!! Please help and get me name cleared by RCS as I cannot keep calling their callcenter anymore they are no help at all even when you deal with their manager nothing happens. I need this sorted ASAP please assist.
