I recently had to make a claim for a cellphone at the branch. Musa was very helpful with the entire process. When I had gone in to pick up a new phone, I had left my Edgars Store Card behind. I shortly received a call form Musa informing me of this, who agreed to keep my card with him until i pick this up, which i did the next day 5 mins before closing. Upon entering the store and asking the beauty counter for assistance, Musa made his way towards me with a warm "Hello Tash" never in the 8 years that I have had my card with Edgars have i ever received such personalised service! well done Musa, Keep it up!
