Appauling service

I was shopping at Legit in hatfiled and asked this lady who was packing clothes next to me to please get a top which was in a higher rack for me. She asked me what size I wanted and I told her, she then proceeded to say they dont have that size without even looking. After checking I found the size I was looking for but because it was on the rack that is high up I again called her to please take it down for me. She showed me a stick that was in the next shelve and told me to take it down myself, she started shouting and saying can't I take it down myself. I was so dissapointed by this lady's rude behaviour towards me.
