Worst service from American Swiss

I baught a festina watch (water resistand) 9 months ago. 5 months later there was condensation in the screen. I took it back to them only to find out that although the place they send it to is in cape town I would only get it back in a month.
After a month i was contacted by the branch saying I can collect my watch. When I got there the watch still had water in and they sent it away. They sent it away now 3 times and 3months has past. Shop manager (Connie) never phone back as promised. I phoned area manager Mr Imraan Morgan after 2 calls leaving messages and sending a sms I still dont know when to expect my watch. The other day when i asked to be refunded i was told they can not refund me. I would strongly suggest to not to buy something from this branch.
