Very disappointed

I booked an appointment for wedding dress fittings well in advance. Once we arrived, I filled out a form and was told someone would be with us shortly. After 15 minutes, 2 ladies came over to us, one identified herself as monique and the other never introduced herself. Now I have heard lots of good things about Bride & co and expected a great experience with knowledgable staff who would help and guide me through the day. What I received was this girl who walked me around the shop and pointed to the different racks and said " here are the princess dresses, there are the plus size dresses, over there are the mermaid and a-line and this rack is end of the line.. You can try on a maximum of 5 dresses, just pick some and we will get the sizes for you"
A bit taken a back, we started going through the rack and picked 5 styles to try and gave it to the staff and asked for em in my size. She later came back and told me the room was ready... I started fitting the dresses but quickly saw that they were still all in the original off the rack sizes, when I queried this I was told "that's what we have".
Maybe I had too high of an expectation but this all left me an not very special at all!
