Out of stock, misleading advertising poor service

On Sunday 24 Nov i went with my son to find some shorts. Many varieties however he was only keen on 3 versions - of these 2 had incomplete size curves - had small sizes up to size 28 and then size 38 upwards: popular sizes totally out of stock. The third was on a rack which had a sign saying all DJ (Dow Jones?) shorts only R299.95 - imagine our surprise when we found out that our shorts which were DJ shorts and were located with many others of the same design on that very rack were R399! Took a long while to find someone who could clarify the situation - when we did, we were told that this was an error and that the higher price applied. It was busy (Sunday in Sandton City!), and 1 bank of tills was closed and we had to wait > 10 minutes in the queue to pay. Shop looking great however basics such as replenishment and ops way below par. Annoying shopping experience. Do not waste money on upgrading the retail theatre if the merchandise/ops staff cannot support it!
