Makro and Rcs harrassing me

I open a makro account last year December and i regret doing that, I first paid my account on the 4th of February and i lost the slip but i was thinking that they will pick the payment up on their systems since i puted my card number as a ref but they said they never got it. For two weeks they were trying to track the payment on their bank statement but they came back to me and told me to go to the bank and request a copy of the slip I told them i wont have time cant they track the payment because i know definately that i made the payment they refused. I took a leave last week friday went to the bank they gave me the slip which i took to Makro Crown mines where they told me they will fax the proof of purchase within four days it will reflect on my account. Rcs people called me today saying they have not received my february payment and i just decided that i am gonna close this account because this is harrasment really.
