The Worst Service EVER RECIEVED!!!

I had pre ordered a Special edition of GTA 5 from Kalahari and paid in full only to receive a call from them a few days later to tell me they can not supply the edition and my order has been cancelled. They would refund me the money within 7 days or i can order the normal edition. I was rather disappointed as this the edition i had wanted i then asked them to refund me straight away as i wanted to preorder the special edition from another supplier. I then decided to try speaking to the distributor of the game whom agreed to send a extra copy of the edition i wanted to Kalahari for me to purchase. According to the people at Kalahari this can not be done and they wont supply me the the game. The first thing is that if this company had any customer service they would have tried to get me a copy not leave it to me to try sort out, then when i got it sorted they still will not help out. They are quick to take money but not quick to help out, above all of this to try and get a response from them is near impossible as they do not return emails that i sent since last friday and the phones ring off the hook. This is surely not how business is done how about a bit of customer service??
