Damaged Furniture was replaced with vouchers

I purchased some "leather" furniture from MR Price Home in 2010 and over the years noticed that the "leather" had started to crack and peel. We had our 7 high back chairs recovered and I was trying to flog the 3 seater couch on Gum Tree when I came across other complaints from people about the same issues. I emailed Mr Price Home my story and they offered me the replacement value of my furniture I had bought three years ago in the form of vouchers even though I didn't have my receipt. They were very quick in their response and apologised for the inconvenience I was put through in the process. They really have restored my faith in looking after their customers. I dealt with Claudell Davids who was very professional and efficient.
