Hi there
I bought furniture from Mr Price Home in April 2013. This is a cane set that cost R3000 per couch. 3 months after the purchase the cane is already starting to break apart. This furniture has barely been sat on and should have a much longer life span.
I have reported this to Mr price, an agent came over and took pictures and never got back to us. I then mailed the head office, on th e 3rd of July; 11th of July and the 15th of July. Todate we have had no satisfactory feedback.
I want this furniture refunded. Furniture is not meant to last only 3 months. that is ridiculous.
I have tried to follow the correct process for escalation, but due to lack of response I am now forced to go this route.
