Mr Price Home
Refused to refund

I bought a lamp at Mr Price Home on 24 August 2013. Now when i want to return the lamp, they tell me they can't refund me because the code on the slip and the code on the lamp is not the same, though the description is the same. They then forced me to take they're gift voucher which i refused to sign for. i still want my refund because i'm not a regular shopper at Mr Price Home.

I want my refund.
