Reported a problem I experienced at the Queensburgh store to customer service on 17 JULY 2013. ONE month later and I did not receive a response. On 20 August I emailed Mmapula Sebati and wanted to know why I did not receive a response from Pick n Pay. 2 days later she replied and said that Nolan Logan would contact me.
3 days later he called and apologized and said that the gift card would be on its way.
Today is the 10 September and I am still waiting.
I am extremely disapppointed with the customer service of this store.
