Excellent service

I would like to send a big thank you to Tshepo and Siphiwe for the excellent service I received from them. They went out of their way to ensure that I, as a customer, received the items I wanted which were not in stock at the time of the advertisement.

Not only did they source the items at another store, but Siphiwe went to purchase it in his personal time. Furthermore, I was told that I do not have to pay for it. It was a form of apology from them because of the lenght of time I waited as well as for my patience while waiting.

My expectations were exceeded today and I would like to commend them on their superb customer service and high regard for me as a customer.

Bigs ups to you guys. Keep up the excellent work.

I highly appreciate you guys and will without a doubt be back.
