Disappointing feedback

Placed an online order on 13 December 2012. I was called by a gentlemen who informed me that a shoe (R375), was not in stock and that I would receive a refund within 3 days. On 29 December, when I did not receive a refund, I contacted Woolworths and Nirusha from the Gateway branch called me. She apologized for the error. She told me that I would receive a refund in 7 working days. I paid for the item with a Gift Card. To date I have not received any feedback, as well as an SMS to inform me of my gift card. I am extremely disappointed with Woolworths customer service. Had I not remembered this morning, this would have gone unnoticed and I would clearly have lost out. This is not the kind of service I expect from a reputable company.
