I am still receiving calls from your collection department and this is really unacceptable, I have been enquiring about this payment that I made in Yeoville on 13 may since end of may and nothing has been done. I tried to cooperate with you people but I am losing it now.
I think I will end up going to the national tv especial if my credit record will be affected, I don't understand what is so difficult about updating a receipt? for the last time, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do what you have to do with my account. if I will still receive your calls by next week, im going to speak out. I am really PISSSED OFFFFFF, BOREEED and VERY ANGRYYY!
