Recently purchased a Ryobi Mini Hobby Tool ideally to cut a housing joint for a woodwork project. The salesman (unnamed) assured me that the cutting discs would do the job. Was disappointed when I arrived home to discover that the cutting discs were flimsy and small. I broke two while attempting to cut the joint in pine (soft wood). I called Chamberlains and spoke to Meshack Malobola. He told me that there are better discs that I could purchase. I went in the following day to purchase such discs. They were too expensive, so instead I opted for an exchange for the Ryobi Multi-purpose Tool. Meshack told me that it would handle to job with ease and precision. Silver Lakes had none in stock, so Meshack took my details and contact me soon after with stock.

Meshack understood what my situation and what needed to be achieved. He was helpful and polite and even encouraged me to take a Dremel course that is on offer in my area.
