In March this year, while waiting to board my flight to Goa, I realised I'd forgotten my pillow- much to my dismay.

I promptly purchased a travel pillow at CNA. Unfortunately, on the flight, I discovered that the pillow did not remain inflated. On my return from Goa, I contacted CNA regarding returning the item. I was told I could go to any branch to return it.

Unfortunately, I forgot, and only went two weeks ago to do so... Six months after I'd made the purchase! The staff at CNA Menlyn - Tsholofelo Sebidi in particular- were very helpful. He made several calls and eventually obtained the details for Annah Masunkunya, the manager of the branch where I'd purchased the item.

Ms Masunkunya contacted me personally to tell me they would be happy to refund me, and even followed up a few days later, when she hadn't received my banking details.

If retailers had employees half the calibre of these two, they would be well positioned to provide the best service to their customers! Thank you.
