BAD attitude to request re noise

The club 'Scarlet Ribbon' plays loud music until all hours of the night. The Stoneridge management say they have permission from the council to play music. The complex 'Strelitzia' is right across the road. Stoneridge have a poor attitude and show no concern for the people of the area. It is a disgrace that they call themselves a concerned center when they show no concern at all.
