I bought some leather upper couch set some time ago. Within 2years the three seater started crackin right where Iwas told Iits genuine leather. The seater also broke such that it has a depression on the seats. I reported to my branch around year end last year but I did not get any asistance, though I had been told it was on extended warranty. It dragged on till I decided to log a complaint with the customer service. I did that sometime in march but they could not assist me as the kept saying they are checking with the supplier. They later advised me that it was not on warrant after that long time! I was disappointed and asked them about it being leather upper but cracking. I also asked how I can be assisted as it had broken. I was refered back to the branch where they told meto send photos. I have since done that but still I am being dragged and have to call or go there myself, only to be told the same story of trying to contact the supplier. I am very disappointed as this Iis now more than six monthscwithout a solution! Please assist!
My ref for the complaint back then was 178735. I remember that I even had to log a new complaint as the original one had been lost.
Please assist.
