About 14 months ago, we bought a leather 3 seater from Leather Gallery. We were amazed that Leather Gallery was willing to break up a 3 pce set and sell us just the 1 pce. Wow!...5 star service we thought! Anyway, we were so happy when the 3 seater arrived, looked fantastic! And it comes with a one year guarantee too. Just 14 months later, the leather starts to crack really badly but Leather Gallery has got themselves covered. It holds a 12 month guarantee and a slightly longer waranty. The 3 pce cost us R7500 and the repair costs R1700. Dont be foolled by something that just looks good, rather buy from a reputable store... thats what ive learnt. The bad attitude is a seperate issue. Their factory manager assessed the furniture only to say that " somebody must have cut the leather ". And we are 2 adults with no kids...

I might have lost R7500, but I sure as wont lose any more money... never again will i buy anything from Leather Gallery. Looks good, great sales pitch... but cheap quality!
