Debt Collectors Harassing me

Last year I ordered from Homechoice and they sent me an "Order Confirmation". After I have received the stuff the invoice changed...?
I used a voucher to purchase from them which they did not include in their invoice, cause suddenly I don't qualify.
As per Cathrine Ohlsen: "order form clearly indicates that you do qualify for a R200.00 discount" by means - I have paid up my account with Homechoice in December 2012, yet Homechoice are trying to collect more from me. Everyday debt collectors are harassing me to collect money that I don't owe Homechoice. I have sent through the proof to VVM, yet they keep on phoning me.
On the 10th of June at 8:55pm a guy phoned me to collect. As I explained that I don't owe anything, he said: "You don't want to understand why you owe Homechoice". Really - Firstly who phones that time of the night and insults.
I wonder if they will ever sort out their accounts department and leave me alone. One thing I do know, I will never order from Homechoice again, nor recommend it to anyone.
