Despicable service

I bought a dress in sandton and it happened to be a small size, as I was on my way to Limpopo the next day to a wedding I decided 2 exchange in tzaneen. I have misplaced the receipt but did not see that as a problem because I bought on account.when I got to truworth tzaneen Stella the manager told me it is so impossible to exchange the dress without the receipt, I then told her that It is possible she can call head office to confirm, she did not even listen to me and closed her mangers door on me, I then called head office myself and was given 11368 as the case number. I could not exchange the dress due to not having the receipt even though I bought on account and my sister needed the dress to attend her friends wedding tomorrow. I am so disappointed with the service I received from truworths, these managers you have these days they do not have customer services skills at all
