Offline at 9h00 in the morning!

Went to pay my account on 3rd Sept only time i had! as from the 25th of the month truworths send a reminder to pay your account and a few times after that which is annoying and i'm sure i pay for those reminders. Surely this is unacceptable! then i could not swipe my debitcard and the ATM q was long a few blocks away, either as they were off line but will do a manual receipt. I could however purchase clothing! how convenient for then. i paid my account on the 5th at a diff store and receive 2 more reminders to PLEASE PAY my account to maintain a healthy credit record.
