Bad Customer Service

I went to Truworths on the 21/11/2013 and bought a dress for my younger sister, and she doesn't like it, I went to exchange it the next day at Hatfeild, as its near to my school they refused due to few roll-on stains, which I dnt know if it was that of my sister or other customer and I asked the Manager to call their Head Office which she did, and they told me they will get back to me within 24 Hours and I needed another dress ASAP.
