I got given a dress as a gift with the gift receipt, when I went to exchange for my size they said they would have to bring one in, 2 weeks later I went to fetch the dress in the right size only to see that they had not checked it on arrival and it had black marker all over it, I pointed it out and they said sorry we cant give this one to you like this, They then proceeded to tell me that they would get another and call me when it arrived, I received a call 2 weeks later saying they got it, but strangely it too had marker on the white bodice, I mentioned that they were the ones who said they not even allowed to give a damaged item to me so why even call, they said they would find another and call 3 weeks past and nothing I then called them and they said that unfortunately the next seasons range was now in so they cant help. I then called head office who assured me tht they would have the matter sorted... I still have a dress 2 sizes too big from last season with a gift receipt that YDE "just cant help with". I received the dress on the 19 MAY 2013 it is nearly September, I went to them with more than enough time to spare to exchange the dress, how is it now my fault? DISGRACEFUL
