Truworths
Truworths systems are completely out fo date

It happens every month that I pay my Truworths account. Then I get a sms 3 days later telling me that to keep my healthy credit record I have to pay my account this coming weekend. So I phoned the telephone number mentioned in the sms 0214602352 just to be informed that if you make an EFT payment it will only show in your account 5 days later!! Where in the world is that still happening? What is more irritating is that I asked to receive my monthly statements via email and was told that they do not have that facility. Really? Truworths still exists in the dark ages!
